We're looking for a **Portuguese\-speaking Social Media Manager** to help grow JAN3 and AQUA Wallet across Portuguese\-speaking markets, with a primary focus on Brazil. You'll work alongside one of the leading teams in the Bitcoin industry, creating original content, building communities, and helping drive Bitcoin adoption in one of the world's most active Bitcoin markets. **What You'll Do:** * **Content Creation:** Plan, create, localize, and publish content across X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and other social platforms * **AI\-powered Content Production:** Leverage AI tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, OpusClip, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Seedance, and other emerging platforms to streamline content production * **Community Management:** Grow and engage the Portuguese\-speaking Bitcoin community * **Partnership Development:** Build relationships with creators and influencers in the Bitcoin ecosystem * **Event Coverage:** Provide live social media updates and post\-event content for online and in\-person events * **Performance Optimization:** Optimize content performance through analytics and audience insights * **Research \& Industry Insights:** Support research and content related to Bitcoin adoption and industry developments **Who We Are Looking For:** * **Independent Content Development:** Independently researches, develops, and publishes original Portuguese\-language content tailored to the Brazilian audience, rather than relying primarily on translation * **AI\-Assisted Creative Production:** Uses precise prompting, strong creative judgment, and careful quality control to produce AI\-assisted content that meets the creative brief, iterating efficiently when improvements are required * **End\-to\-End Ownership and Follow\-Through:** Takes responsibility for each assignment from initial brief through final delivery or publication, keeps its status visible, and completes tasks without repeated follow\-up * **High\-Productivity Execution:** Maintains a strong and consistent production pace, and works efficiently enough that output reflects the hours invested rather than allowing individual tasks to consume unnecessary time * **Dependable Availability and Responsiveness:** Maintains reliable availability during working hours and scheduled weekend or event coverage, responds promptly to time\-sensitive requests, and flags potential delays or blockers early * **Time Management and Prioritization:** Allocates time according to urgency and business impact.
