You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment. ### **Position Overview:** As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping exceptional, human\-centered digital experiences that seamlessly blend user needs with business objectives. You will lead the end\-to\-end UX process—from deep research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Collaborating closely with cross\-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible solutions. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Lead User Research \& Discovery:** Execute comprehensive user research activities, including stakeholder interviews and behavioral analytics reviews to drive data\-informed design decisions. * **Develop Wireframes \& Information Architecture:** Create low\-fidelity wireframes and detailed user flows that ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms. * **Prototype \& Conduct Usability Testing:** Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions, and lead usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively refine designs. * **Champion Accessibility \& Inclusive Design:** Ensure all designs comply with WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards to create inclusive digital experiences for all users. * **Collaborate Cross\-Functionally:** Partner closely with product managers and researchers to translate technical and business constraints into highly intuitive design solutions, effectively defending UX decisions to stakeholders. ### **Required Skills and Qualifications:** **Must\-have Skills:** * 5\+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong track record of delivering complex, user\-centered digital products. * Expertise in Scalable Design Systems: Experience in contributing to and maintaining reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation to ensure platform\-wide consistency. * Advanced Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, or Principle to design micro\-interactions and transitions. * Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of front\-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development during handoff. ### **Nice\-to\-have Skills:** * Familiarity with design systems and methodologies that enhance collaboration and innovation.
