Global Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Information Security)

**Job Description:** As a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager \- Information Security at Mars, you will partner closely with the Commercial Director of Infrastructure Information Security to drive development implementation of sub\-category buying strategies and co\-pilot optimization of resources. You’ll manage both regional and global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, while also driving standardization and automation. Ownership of sub\-category spend on a global basis will be key, as will heavy x\-functional collaboration and close partnership with key stakeholders. What are we looking for? * Bachelors degree with 5 years of Information Security procurement experience or 10 years of relevant Information Security procurement experience. * Fluent in English * A passion for developing strong relationships with suppliers and cross\-functional stakeholders both domestically and internationally. * Proven portfolio of high\-impact deals strengthening strategic relationships with an assortment of Infosec Suppliers: Boutique, Medium, Large scale What will be your key responsibilities? * You will recommend and implement supply base strategy, including assessing and developing suppliers. * Benchmarking, leading RFP activity and driving the qualification/implantation of new suppliers. * You will also manage supplier governance, including supplier performance auditing. * Direct oversight of ($100m) in spend.
