Staff Product Designer at BairesDev As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the end\-to\-end evolution of our product experiences, from initial discovery to final delivery. You will champion design excellence by balancing user needs with business strategy to create impactful, high\-quality solutions. **What You'll Do** * Architect and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product. * Lead the end\-to\-end design process, transforming complex problems into elegant, user\-centric solutions. * Conduct deep user research and synthesis to validate concepts and drive product strategy. * Foster cross\-functional synergy between engineering, product, and design teams to streamline shipping workflows. * Implement Design Ops initiatives to optimize internal design processes and team efficiency. * Define the long\-term design vision while overseeing the execution of critical product features. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Product Design or a related senior design role. * Proven expertise in Figma and establishing scalable design systems. * Demonstrated experience owning the end\-to\-end product experience from discovery to shipping. * Strong background in product strategy and conducting user research to inform design decisions. * Proficiency in Design Ops and collaborating across cross\-functional teams at scale. * Advanced proficiency in English.
