**Responsibilities** * Perform activities related to Risk \& Control Framework such as control monitoring, review and testing; * Manage Internal Events across Operations teams including escalation, root cause identification, business impact analysis and define/address action plans to avoid recurrencies; * Register the Internal Events, Issues and Actions into Helios System and prepare the Closure Packs once steps are completed; * Act as Third Party Engagement Management performing the oversight of the Operations Engagements in OneTPM system; * Gather Metrics \& Indicators from Operations teams, compile the data to be presented in the Local and Regional Forums (BCC and others); * Business Management supporting FRP Process with the bottom\-up and work force plan; * Reconciliation production, breaks reporting, investigation and resolution monitoring, and monthly substantiation. **Expected Skills** * English – Advanced Level; * Office Package – (Excel Advanced Level); * Power BI; * Programming (SQL, Pyhton, Access) * Analytical thinking; * Well Organized; * Good communication skills; * Teamwork Ability.
