Senior Product Designer at BairesDev In this role, you'll design and improve the usability of a complex enterprise product with dense, high\-intensity workflows. Leaning heavily on AI design tooling and an established AI\-aligned design system, you'll pair closely with UI software engineers for clean, efficient handoff. What You'll Do: \- Design and improve usability across complex, high\-intensity enterprise product workflows. \- Use AI design tooling to accelerate the design process from concept to handoff. \- Maintain and contribute to the existing design system. \- Pair with UI engineers to ensure clean, efficient design\-to\-engineering handoff. \- Integrate customer feedback and usability insights into ongoing design improvements. What we are looking for: \- 5\+ years of experience in product design. \- Experience with AI design tooling such as Lovable or Claude Design. \- Strong experience designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software. \- Experience working within and contributing to design systems. \- Advanced proficiency in English. Nice to have: \- Experience designing dense or intense workflow interfaces. \- iPaaS or enterprise integration domain experience. \- Background in UX research. \- Experience with prototyping. \- Frontend development experience.
