Senior Full\-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails, React) at BairesDev As a Senior Full\-Stack Engineer, you will design and implement robust, end\-to\-end web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences. You will take ownership of both front\-end and back\-end developments, driving technical excellence and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable code. **What You'll Do** * Design, build, and maintain scalable full\-stack web applications, ensuring high responsiveness and elegant user interfaces. * Develop, optimize, and document secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between backend and frontend systems. * Manage asynchronous processes and background tasks to ensure efficient application performance and smooth user workflows. * Write clean, comprehensive unit tests for both client\-side and server\-side code to ensure long\-term stability and reliability. * Support and refine automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and improve development lifecycle efficiency. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Full\-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript. * Strong experience building RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming. * Solid understanding of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. * Advanced proficiency in English.
