We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Consultant to lead the implementation of the Transportation Management System (TMS) cycle within SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on national operations and Distribution Center workflows, combining strong technical expertise with a strategic, cross\-functional vision to drive process standardization and continuous improvement across business units. That is why we promote an environment where every professional can grow, contribute new ideas, and participate in projects with regional and global impact. **Responsibilities** * Lead the end\-to\-end implementation of the SAP TMS cycle in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on national operations and Distribution Center flows * Analyze transportation and distribution processes to identify synergies, improvement opportunities, and standardization across business units * Translate business rules into efficient system solutions, ensuring the best possible technical approach to business challenges * Integrate the various project workstreams to ensure cohesive process implementation within the S/4HANA ecosystem * Collaborate across squads, business areas, and business units, removing impediments while maintaining a clear product vision * Manage external vendor relationships, coordinating technical specifications, validation, and testing of enhancements and new implementations * Establish technology processes that ensure operational stability and business continuity following go\-live * Perform root cause analysis in partnership with specialists and tech teams to detect and resolve structural issues, applying continuous system improvements **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP projects, with a proven track record in SAP TMS implementations * Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and strong command of the SAP Activate methodology for managing project phases * Ability to design and implement processes that prioritize native SAP (Standard) functionalities to ensure long\-term solution sustainability **Nice to have** * Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), particularly in integrations and extensions aligned with a Clean Core strategy * Knowledge of the MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) modules to support an end\-to\-end view of Distribution Center operations * Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban * Experience integrating with other SAP modules, especially SD (Sales \& Distribution), EWM/WM, and MM **We offer** * Meal vouchers and food vouchers: Monthly benefits to cover your food expenses, both at home and away from home * Private Pension Plan: Planning for the future with supplementary contributions to your retirement * Benefits Package * Wellhub: Benefits and discounts at gyms and wellness programs * Childcare Assistance: Financial support for expenses related to early childhood education * Learning and professional growth * Development opportunities * Multicultural Collaboration * Referal Program *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
