Senior Corporate Accounting & Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Senior Corporate Accounting \& Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department in Brazil. This strategic leadership role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, controlling, compliance, and business performance management, while supporting executive decision\-making with insightful financial analysis and recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team. * Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and controlling activities. * Oversee monthly and annual closing processes. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies. * Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and performance monitoring. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes and systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Solid experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related areas. * Proven leadership and people management experience. * Strong background in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance. * Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal legislation. * Advanced English proficiency.
