IT Regional Lead ERP SAP

We are looking for an experienced **Regional IT Lead – SAP** to provide technology and SAP leadership across a multi\-country regional environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate SAP/ERP technology initiatives across multiple countries and business units • Partner with business stakeholders to understand regional requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions • Provide leadership across **SAP S/4HANA** capabilities and regional ERP operations • Work closely with global and regional IT teams, business users, implementation partners and vendors • Drive solution alignment, standardization and continuous improvement across the region • Support SAP transformation, enhancement and integration initiatives • Ensure regional requirements are aligned with global SAP strategy and architecture • Facilitate communication between business, functional and technical teams • Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex SAP/ERP issues • Contribute to governance, roadmap planning and delivery of regional IT initiatives 🔹 Required Skills \& Experience ✅ Strong experience with **SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP** ✅ Strong understanding of core business processes, particularly: • **OTC – Order to Cash** • **PTP – Procure to Pay** • **R2R – Record to Report** ✅ Experience working in **regional / multinational environments** ✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ✅ Experience coordinating with global IT teams and external SAP partners ✅ Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP/IT solutions ✅ Strong understanding of SAP integration and enterprise technology landscape ✅ Experience leading projects, initiatives or regional technology programs 🔹 Language Requirements 🇬🇧 **English – Required** 🇪🇸 **Spanish – Preferred** 🇧🇷 **Portuguese – Preferred** 🔹 Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of **Business, SAP and IT Leadership** — someone who understands both the technology landscape and the business processes behind it.
