Supply Chain Manager

As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the functions of Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing \& Distribution, and Customer Service, while driving the S\&OP process and ensuring strong alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by balancing service excellence, inventory efficiency, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic and regulated environment. **What You Will Do** * Lead supply chain operations for Brazil. * Drive the S\&OP process to balance demand, supply, inventory, and service expectations. * Ensure high service levels (OTIF, Fill Rate) while optimizing inventory and minimizing obsolescence risks. * Manage logistics and supply chain costs, contributing to overall business performance. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements for medical products. * Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to guarantee business continuity. * Develop and lead a high\-performing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Who You Are** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within multinational companies. * Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries. * Solid understanding of Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, and S\&OP. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working in matrix and multicultural environments. * Knowledge of SAP, planning systems, master data, and business intelligence tools. * Portuguese and English are required.
