Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked. ***Symrise \- always inspiring more...*** **Your Role** * Lead large\-scale industrial projects, ensuring adherence to **scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards** . * Coordinate and review multidisciplinary engineering designs, including **civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, automation, utilities, HVAC, process, and infrastructure** disciplines. * Ensure the highest standards of **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)** from the engineering phase through commissioning. * Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage suppliers, engineering firms, and contractors, ensuring alignment and quality throughout project execution. * Act as the main technical interface between internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners, including suppliers and regulatory authorities. * Lead **pre\-commissioning, commissioning, start\-up, and handover to Operations** , ensuring operational readiness. * Ensure the application of project management methodologies and compliance with technical, regulatory, and governance standards. **About You** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production Engineering, or related fields** . * Postgraduate degree or specialization in **Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related areas** is a plus. * Solid experience managing **large\-scale industrial projects** , preferably greenfield developments. * Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple contracts simultaneously. * Advanced **English** .
