In a context of accelerated growth and organizational transformation, our client, based in Western Santa Catarina, is strengthening its leadership structure to support the maturation of its business and the expansion of its operations. Backed by a French private equity investor, the company is seeking a new Chief Financial Officer to lead the professionalization of its administrative and financial structure, strengthen management processes and establish the foundations required to support sustainable growth and future expansion. As Chief Financial Officer, you will be the protagonist in the transformation of the company’s management model, leading the transition toward a more sophisticated, data\-driven and performance\-oriented organization, combining hands\-on execution with the implementation of robust management systems, controls and processes. Your ability to translate financial intelligence into business decisions will be critical to supporting growth, improving operational visibility and shaping strategic initiatives, including expansion and potential M\&A, while working closely with the Executive Chairman, shareholders and senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the structuring and professionalization of the finance and administrative functions, encompassing Controllership, Accounting, Treasury, FP\&A and IT, establishing governance frameworks, policies, processes and routines; * Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes, providing reliable information and insights to support strategic decision\-making; * Strengthen the Controllership and cost accounting structure, establishing cost allocation methodologies, profitability analysis and working capital controls, ensuring greater visibility into operational performance and business drivers; * Optimize ERP and technology solutions, integrating data flows, automating processes and enhancing the quality, timeliness and reliability of financial and administrative information and back\-office processes; * Build and develop high\-performing finance and administrative teams, defining organizational structures, recruiting key capabilities and progressively transitioning the company to a professional management structure; * Partner with shareholders, the Executive Chairman and business leaders in evaluating strategic initiatives, developing business cases and assessing opportunities related to growth, international expansion and potential M\&A; * Provide executive leadership across the company, fostering integration between all corporate functions while strengthening governance and supporting the company’s organizational transformation. **Requirements:** * Fluent English, with the ability to interact effectively with international shareholders, Private Equity stakeholders, senior leadership and Board\-level audiences, combined with strong interpersonal intelligence; * Mobility to be based in Western Santa Catarina; * Proven experience in senior financial leadership, with strong expertise in Controllership and FP\&A in industrial or manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of cost structures; * Demonstrated track record of structuring and professionalizing finance and back\-office functions in companies undergoing organizational transformation, including the implementation of processes, systems and teams; * Hands\-on leadership profile with previous experience in family\-owned or founder\-led businesses, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in less structured environments while building scalable structures and teams.
