Position Overview: As an SDET, you will play a critical role in designing and executing robust automated and manual testing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between development and testing, collaborating closely with cross\-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from the early stages. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts. * Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms. * Collaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices. * Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution. * Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. * Conduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream. Required Skills and Qualifications Must\-have Skills: * Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET. * Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, C\#, or JavaScript). * Hands\-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit). * Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured). * Experience with Device Farms * CI/CD practices * Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
