We oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to provide insights for strategic planning, operational decisions, performance analysis, and collaborating with leadership to align financial goals with company objectives. **In this role, you'll be...** * Manage, lead and develop annual and long\-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with operations teams and leadership. * Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain complex financial models for various business scenarios, potential investments, and business cases. * Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis on granular level, and recommend areas for improvement or cost reduction. * Create financial models, dashboards, and detailed reports for senior management.
