**Role Description** The Owner role at Laticínios JL Ltda is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Orizona, GO, responsible for overall leadership and direction of the dairy business. Day\-to\-day activities include overseeing production operations, monitoring product quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety and industry regulations. The Owner manages financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and investment decisions, and supervises key business processes such as procurement, logistics, and sales. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, as well as guiding and supporting staff in daily activities. The Owner is expected to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture focused on safety and performance. **Qualifications** * Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational leadership. * Knowledge of dairy production processes, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the dairy industry. * Experience in people management, with the ability to lead diverse teams, delegate responsibilities, and support professional development. * Competence in supplier and client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service. * Ability to analyze operational data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability. * Relevant experience in agribusiness, food manufacturing, or a comparable industry; prior ownership or senior leadership experience is highly beneficial. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills, with the capacity to work on\-site and respond quickly to operational issues. * Formal education in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Food Engineering, or a related field is an asset, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
