**About the job** **Come Join our Family Today!** **Together, We Make Travel Better!** This person will be responsible for ensuring a high level of operational stability and service delivery, supporting Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams to meet SLA targets and business expectations. **What you’ll be doing:** * Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure specialists and IT support teams, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues * Design, review, and maintain IT infrastructure including network (LAN/WAN, firewall, Wi\-Fi), cloud/hybrid connectivity, and supporting platforms, aligning with PPG standards * Oversee infrastructure\-related IT operations including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management, focusing on infrastructure, network, and platform services * Lead high severity and major technical incidents, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and root cause analysis * Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by working closely with HQ IT and security teams, including supporting internal and external audits (ISO27001, SOC, etc.) * Monitor and manage infrastructure\-related projects to ensure deliverables meet business requirements, timelines, and approved budget * Lead and oversee infrastructure deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management across lounges and offices in the Americas region * Liaise and negotiate with vendors for implementation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure, ensuring cost control and service quality * Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable technical solutions for operational and new business requirements * Maintain and standardize IT documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, system configurations, and knowledge base * Drive analysis of IT issues and oversee implementation of corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement measures to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency * Lead and oversee ad hoc initiatives and technical project execution as assigned by the IT Operations Manager **About you:** * Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines * Strong background experiences * Experience managing vendors, procurement processes, and infrastructure\-related budgets * Strong sense of business urgency, passionate to achieve Operation Excellence * Strong project management, interpersonal and people management skills * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills to provide quick solution to problems * English language proficiency is required * Spanish is a plus
