At AMS, we look for people who bring more than experience, and we welcome different perspectives and ways of thinking. **The Role** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Recruiting Coordinator – Early Careers \& Campus** to support our early\-career talent acquisition programs across internships, co\-op placements, graduate programs, and entry\-level hiring. This role will coordinate recruitment activities, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and passionate about developing early\-career talent. This is a hybrid role with 1\-2 days at the client location in Rio de Janeiro. **Key Accountabilities** * Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding. * Managing other various ad\-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process. * Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines. * Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre\-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders. * Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes. * Management of day\-to\-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary. * Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team. **Skills and Requirements** * Experience coordinating multiple interviews, candidates, or recruitment activities simultaneously. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. * Experience working with an ATS or recruiting technology platform. * Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. **Why AMS?** At AMS, we come from every walk of life \- and that’s what makes us unique.
