The **SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Support Consultant** is responsible for providing high\-level technical and functional support for corporate commercial applications, with a specific focus on **Brazil Localization (Nota Fiscal/OSGT)** and **ABAP debugging/development** . In this role, the successful candidate delivers comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 support for global and localized templates, ensuring seamless sales operations and maintaining strict compliance with Brazilian tax and fiscal authorities (SEFAZ). The consultant acts as a vital bridge between business operational requirements, complex local legal frameworks, and technical system architecture. **. Production Support \& System Maintenance** * Provide application support (L2/L3\) for global and localized SAP SD templates, resolving system incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within established SLAs. * Troubleshoot issues across order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and master data. * Actively monitor inbound/outbound electronic documentation (NF\-e, NFS\-e, CT\-e) communication flows. * Plays the role of SPOC for all the ERP related issues in Brazil. **2\. Brazil Localization \& Fiscal Compliance** * Maintain and optimize **OSGT (One Source Global Tax / Thomson Reuters)** integration or native SAP Brazilian tax configuration (CBT/TAXBRA). * Support tax determination logic across varying state legislations in Brazil, including ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and ICMS\-ST. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and implement changes mandated by **SEFAZ** updates to ensure uninterrupted issuance of *Notas Fiscais* . **3\. Technical Engineering \& ABAP Enhancements** * Utilize ABAP debugging skills to trace system errors, isolate root causes within custom objects ($Z$\-programs), and identify bugs in standard SAP source code. * Read, analyze, and write technical specifications for ABAP developers. * Implement minor code fixes and work with BAdIs, User Exits, and BAPIs relevant to the SD and tax interfaces. **4\. Continuous Improvement \& Projects** * Partner with business teams to gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and implement small\-scale changes or system enhancements. * Create and update functional design documents (FDD), technical specs, and user training documentation. * Support regression testing during SAP support package updates, legal note implementations (SNOTE), or system upgrades. **Qualifications:** * You will be degree level educated; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. * Ideally you will have Training or certifications in Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Tax solutions. * SAP Certified Application Associate \- Sales/ Distribution * You must have Fluency in English Language **Experience:** * **SAP SD Experience:** Minimum of 4–6 years of functional experience in SAP SD (Order\-to\-Cash process, Pricing Procedures, Availability Check, Consignment, Credit Management, Logistics Execution). * **Brazil Legal Framework:** Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian localized processes, localized sales document flows, and the *Nota Fiscal Eletrônica* (NF\-e) lifecycle. * **You must have a Good Understanding of the Statutory and compliance needs of Manaus Manufacturing Regime** * **ABAP Skills:** Proficient in ABAP debugging (Classic and New Debugger), understanding ABAP dictionary objects, structures, functional modules, and standard enhancement points (User Exits, Enhancement Spots). * **Tax Engine Integration:** Direct hands\-on experience or support familiarity with **OSGT (One Source Global Tax)** or a similar external tax determination engine integrated with SAP. **Royal Enfield \- About Us:** The oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, Royal Enfield has created beautifully crafted motorcycles since 1901\.
