The ideal candidate is a strategic and data\-driven marketing professional with strong market research skills, an understanding of digital marketing and social media, and the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies. This is a **remote contract position** working closely with company leadership and other team members. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals. * Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. * Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market trends within the beauty and wellness industry. * Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. * Provide strategic guidance for digital marketing and social media campaigns. * Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics. * Prepare regular marketing reports with insights, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement. * Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing strategies and recommend adjustments. * Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and channels that can support business growth. * Contribute to brand positioning, customer engagement, and overall marketing strategy. Qualifications * Strong knowledge of **market research and market analysis**. * Experience with **strategic marketing and strategic planning**. * Solid understanding of marketing principles, including brand positioning and customer engagement. * Experience developing and managing **digital marketing and social media campaigns**. * Ability to interpret data and use analytics tools to develop actionable marketing strategies. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to present clear recommendations and insights to leadership and stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and meet deadlines. * Experience in the **beauty, spa, wellness, health, hospitality, or consumer services industry** is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
