Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) at BairesDev As a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll), you will oversee and optimize payroll systems and configurations to support global business operations. You will act as the technical anchor for payroll\-related modules, ensuring that systems are aligned, compliant, and operating at peak performance. **What You'll Do** * Design, configure, and maintain end\-to\-end payroll solutions and business processes. * Manage system configurations for Core HR, absence tracking, and time management workflows. * Troubleshoot complex functional issues and act as the key point of contact for payroll systems support. * Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with local and international standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to test, deploy, and support continuous system enhancements. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or in a related technical role. * Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration and managing complex payroll processes. * Strong hands\-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Core HR Configuration. * Proficiency in configuring Workday Absence Management and Workday Time Tracking. * Advanced proficiency in English.
