Senior Microsoft Fabric \& Power BI Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior Microsoft Fabric \& Power BI Engineer, you will design and implement enterprise\-scale business intelligence solutions to drive data\-informed decision\-making. You will act as a key architect for our reporting ecosystem, translating raw data into highly optimized dashboards and robust semantic models. **What You'll Do** * Design, develop, and maintain high\-performance business intelligence dashboards and interactive reports. * Build and optimize complex semantic layers and dimensional models to ensure consistent enterprise reporting. * Implement robust modern data warehousing solutions using cloud data platforms and pipeline services. * Write advanced, highly optimized SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets for downstream analytics. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators and align technical deliveries with organizational goals. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related engineering field. * Proven expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX. * Solid hands\-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data warehousing concepts. * Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and dimensional and semantic modeling. * Advanced proficiency in English.
