We are looking for an experienced **Production Manager** to lead a large\-scale manufacturing operation in a complex and dynamic environment. We are seeking someone who can challenge the status quo, develop future leaders, and help shape the next phase of growth and performance for the operation. **Key Responsabilities** * Lead and develop supervisors and operational teams, building leadership capability at every level of the organization. * Foster a culture where safety, risk awareness, and operational discipline are foundational to success. * Drive performance across production, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost management. * Translate business priorities into clear operational goals and execution plans. * Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. * Build high\-performing teams through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. * Use data, performance indicators, and operational insights to support decision\-making and problem\-solving. * Promote collaboration across functions to ensure alignment and execution of strategic objectives. * Create an environment where innovation, constructive challenge, and ownership are encouraged. * Integrate people, processes, and performance systems to deliver consistent and sustainable operational results. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree required. * MBA or postgraduate studies are considered a plus. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading managers, supervisors, and frontline teams. * Strong experience in high\-complexity production environments. * Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering results. * Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Experience** * Experience in continuous\-process, high\-volume, or technically complex manufacturing operations. * Strong background in performance management and operational excellence. * Demonstrated success developing high\-performing teams and future leaders. * Experience managing organizational change in fast\-paced environments.
