You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the Brazilian market, responding to their requests by phone, chat and/or email. This includes everything from order and product questions to payment issues and site guidance. **What are the schedules?** This role requires working hours that vary to coincide with the time when customers need us the most. You will work different shifts and your work week is a minimum of 36 hours. To meet the demand of our customers, we schedule according to a variety of shift patterns within our operating hours from 06:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Sunday. You may be required to work on national holidays and will be compensated according to the law.
