People Analytics Specialist at BairesDev As a People Analytics Specialist, you will transform complex talent data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision\-making. You will empower our Talent Acquisition and Operations teams by providing a clear, data\-driven view of organizational health and recruitment efficiency. **What You'll Do** * Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators across the talent lifecycle. * Perform deep\-dive analyses on sourcing pipelines and recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. * Partner with leadership to define data requirements and deliver periodic reports on hiring trends and workforce metrics. * Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions and SQL queries to clean, manipulate, and interpret large datasets from various HR systems. * Translate technical findings into concise, non\-technical narratives for stakeholders to facilitate evidence\-based talent strategies. **What We Are Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Talent Operations. * Proven expertise in SQL and Excel/Sheets for data analytics. * Strong background in talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines. * Hands\-on experience with KPI reporting and building analytics dashboards. * Advanced proficiency in English.
