**Salesforce Business Analyst** =============================== **About the Opportunity** ------------------------- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support business improvement initiatives and Salesforce\-related projects in a collaborative, remote environment. This professional will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and actionable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and CRM best practices. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, and operational needs. * Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. * Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. * Create wireframes and visual representations of proposed Salesforce solutions and enhancements. * Identify and engage key stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle. * Facilitate discussions between business teams, Salesforce specialists, developers, project managers, and QA professionals. * Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements supported by Salesforce capabilities. * Ensure requirements are clear, complete, feasible, and aligned with business objectives. * Support requirements reviews, solution validation, and Quality Assurance activities. * Participate in functional testing, defect analysis, and User Acceptance Testing. * Manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously. * Maintain accurate and well\-structured project and functional documentation. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * 4\-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with Salesforce or CRM\-related projects. * Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its business capabilities. * Hands\-on experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Commerce Cloud. * Experience gathering and analyzing requirements from business users and stakeholders. * Strong experience writing Agile user stories and solution\-based acceptance criteria. * Experience creating use cases, functional specifications, wireframes, process flows, and business requirements documentation. * Knowledge of CRM processes, methodologies, and best practices. * Experience collaborating with business process owners, technical project managers, developers, architects, and QA teams. * Ability to perform needs analysis, requirements review, business case definition, and process mapping. * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. **Salesforce Knowledge** ------------------------ Candidates should have at least a foundational technical understanding of: * Salesforce Lightning * Salesforce administration and configuration * Salesforce Flows * Standard Objects and Fields * AppExchange * Workflow and process automation * Data management * Reports and Dashboards * CRM processes * Sales and Marketing operations **Tools and Methodologies** --------------------------- * Experience working in Agile environments. * Proficiency with documentation, presentation, spreadsheet, project management, and process diagramming tools. * Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Project, Visio, or equivalent platforms. **Education** ------------- * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. **Work Model** -------------- * Remote * Candidates must be comfortable collaborating through virtual meetings, email, and other digital communication channels.
