GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners. **Responsibilities** * Build and launch relevant category reports (recurring), and monitor the "present” to transform anomalies, spikes, and micro\-trends into actionable opportunities. * Translate major theories into specific implications by sector/industry, with strategic relevance to priority Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients. * Read culture, consumer behavior, and platforms (e.g., Search, YouTube) to identify emerging movements and business implications – which can be industry specific or LCS\-wide. * Connect opportunities with other cross\-functional teams. * Provide expert support to client C\-levels when necessary and prioritized by Google Leadership, and participate occasionally on Pod meetings when relevant.
