Data Engineer (Snowflake) at BairesDev As a Data Engineer (Snowflake), you will design and build scalable ELT pipelines and data models within the Snowflake Data Cloud. You will act as a link between raw data sources and actionable business insights, ensuring that data is transformed and organized efficiently for high\-performance analytics. **What You'll Do** * Design, implement, and optimize robust ELT workflows using Snowflake and dbt to process large\-scale datasets. * Develop and maintain modular data models, applying software engineering best practices such as version control and automated testing. * Orchestrate complex data pipeline dependencies and schedules using Apache Airflow to ensure data freshness and reliability. * Write and tune high\-performance SQL queries and transformations to leverage Snowflake's unique architectural capabilities. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, schema designs, and quality standards for the modern data stack. * Monitor pipeline health and performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure continuous data delivery. **What We Are Looking For** * 4\+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on the modern data stack. * Proven expertise in building and optimizing ELT pipelines and data models using Snowflake. * Proficiency in using dbt for data transformation and managing complex data models. * Hands\-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and pipeline management. * Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction. * Advanced proficiency in English.
