TypeScript Tech Lead at BairesDev Join as a TypeScript Tech Lead, where you'll guide the technical direction of projects with your in\-depth knowledge of TypeScript and front\-end architectures. Lead a team of developers in delivering complex applications, setting technical standards, and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. What you will do * Define the technical direction and strategy for TypeScript development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Lead and manage a team of TypeScript developers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth. * Oversee the entire development lifecycle of TypeScript applications, from concept to deployment. * Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on TypeScript and related technologies. * Stay at the forefront of TypeScript development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting\-edge technologies and methodologies. * Facilitate communication between the TypeScript development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success. What we are looking for * 7\+ years of experience with TypeScript. * Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. * In\-depth knowledge of Design Patterns. * Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. * Strong experience in application security best practices. * Proven track record in developing and integrating large\-scale applications. * Expertise in both back\-end and front\-end development areas. * Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. * Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. * Advanced knowledge of the trade\-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. * Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. * Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision\-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. * Advanced level of English.
