This will significantly increase your chances of success #### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Senior Software Development Engineer in Test — SDET** with strong expertise in **Playwright and Python** to join an international technology project. You will design and evolve scalable automation frameworks, develop reliable tests across multiple quality layers and promote continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to influence the test strategy, improve automation standards, mentor junior professionals and work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and QA teams in a collaborative Agile environment. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright and Python. * Build automation frameworks from scratch according to project and quality requirements. * Create and maintain functional, regression, integration and end\-to\-end automated tests. * Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and QA professionals. * Participate in requirements analysis and provide early feedback on testability and quality risks. * Review and improve existing automation frameworks. * Enhance the maintainability, scalability, reliability and execution efficiency of automated tests. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Support continuous testing practices across the software delivery lifecycle. * Develop and maintain API automated tests. * Analyze test results and investigate failures and defects. * Produce detailed reports on defects, test coverage and quality metrics. * Contribute to the test strategy, automation roadmap and quality engineering initiatives. * Mentor junior team members. * Promote test automation standards and best practices across the team. * Collaborate with international consultants working across different time zones. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * At least seven years of overall professional experience. * Minimum of six years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. * Minimum of four years of hands\-on Test Automation experience. * Strong practical experience with Playwright for web application automation. * Strong programming and scripting skills in Python. * Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch. * Experience developing functional, regression, integration and end\-to\-end automated tests. * Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and test design techniques. * Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Software Testing Lifecycle. * Experience with API testing and automation. * Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Practical experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or an equivalent tool. * Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. * Proficiency with test management and defect\-tracking tools. * Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Immediate availability. #### **Technical Skills** * Playwright. * Python. * Web application test automation. * API testing and automation. * Automation framework design. * Functional testing. * Regression testing. * Integration testing. * End\-to\-end testing. * CI/CD and continuous testing. * Test management and defect tracking. * Quality metrics and reporting. * Agile and Scrum methodologies. #### **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong team spirit. * Flexibility to collaborate with international consultants across different time zones. * Ability to mentor and support junior professionals. * Proactive and quality\-focused mindset. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. #### **The Ideal Profile** The ideal candidate is a **Senior SDET or Test Automation Engineer** with extensive experience in Software Quality Assurance and strong hands\-on expertise in **Playwright and Python**.
